Several Users get the following error message when trying to save a module in Exclusive Edit mode:
error in reading/writing 'SDS-CONN-EC System' Lock request timed out consult your system administrator
What is the problem/solution?

System Admin should probably run Integrity Checker. IN any case I would log directly onto the server and edit then save this module, which may resolve a timing issue.

The problem went away the next day.
When i open a document in DOORS, which says document locked by me! but i had closed the document before reopening in new session.
Later i went to lock manager and unlocked the document, then tried opening the document, Now it states "Lock request timed out"
Any answer will help a lot please :)
